Terms of Service
These terms are a general summary for Mindflow Technical Solutions services. A written quote or project agreement will describe the specific work, fees, milestones, and delivery expectations for each project.
Projects and payment
Work begins after the project scope and applicable fees have been agreed in writing. Any deposits, payment dates, deliverables, included revisions, and acceptance criteria will be set out in the quote or project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and materials needed for the project, and for having the rights to use any materials they supply. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.
Third-party services and ongoing support
Hosting, domain registration, advertising budgets, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless the written quote says otherwise. Monthly maintenance and support are optional unless specifically included in a project agreement.
Changes and cancellation
Requested changes, pauses, or cancellation are handled according to the agreed project scope and payment terms. Any work already completed or third-party costs incurred will be addressed in the project agreement.
